Ads that Speak to Me
September 13, 2009By Michelle Kempton
For years, I made the excuse that I didn’t have enough time to exercise. Now I realize by making time to exercise in the morning, I somehow seem to have more time in my day! It’s neat how that happens.
It took me a long to time accept and realize that I owe it to myself to make it a priority to exercise. For a very short hour of my day, it’s ok to commit to my own health and well-being. I realize now, this has no real impact on the world except for my own. Often times after my run there are new emails waiting for me to read, voicemails to listen to and new problems to deal with… but NOTHING that is as important as my health.
