I am a Running Clinic Instructor!

By Michelle Kempton

It’s official… I am now a Running Clinic Instructor at the Running Room!  Over the last few months, I’ve trained with a number of friends showing them how to run intervals.  I don’t know about them… but I’ve really enjoyed it!  No one has defriended me yet on facebook after we’ve run intervals together… so I’m thinking… it went ok… none needed medical assistance and a couple friends have even continued to run on their own!

Last week I decided that I wanted to start teaching people how to run, so I contacted the Halifax Running Room, sent them a link to my blog, told them how passionate I am about running and as luck should have it… they had an opening for a running clinic instructor!  Talk about good timing or what!  Today, I interviewed for the running clinic instructor position and guess what… they liked me!

The first clinic I’m teaching is called Learn to Run!

For everyone out there who has been telling me they want to learn how to run… this is your chance!  Click here to Register (or drop me an email I can sign you up fast with my employee super powers)!
