Watch highlights from all three heats from both the men’s and women’s 200m preliminary round from the Canadian Track and Field Championships in Ottawa. Andre De Grasse and Crystal Emmanuel, who won the 100m titles on Friday evening, easily advanced through to Sunday’s final, which is scheduled for 12 noon EDT.

Aaron Brown and Emmanuel were the top qualifiers running 20.31 and 22.99, respectively.
