Week two of Boston Marathon registration begins

Boston Marathon registration opens again at 10:00 a.m. EDT for all those remaining with a qualification time.

If you have a qualifying time you have until this Friday to submit your application. The BAA will then select the fastest times based on the age-gender categories, regardless of when you submit your application this week.

Roughly 40% of the field is already filled up by those 10 mins or faster than the qualification time.

All applicants will be notified by Oct. 1 as to their status.
