Not Since Moses features an out-and-back 5K and a point-to-point 10K as well as ‘The Basket Run’ for kids. The event often sells out early and past participants are quick to rave about the experience: “To call it a “run” is an injustice – it was a life experience.”

Once a year–and only if the tides allow–several hundred runners and walkers flock to Five Islands, N.S. for the unique opportunity to run across the bottom of the Bay of Fundy.
Participants can expect to get their feet wet and might want to consider saving that fresh pair of kicks for another day–the bottom of the Bay can be a bit muddy.
