Valerie Hunter is the owner of Bravo Bouquets, a service that sells fresh, colourful flowers for tired runners after completing their big race.

It’s not their fault their mom runs every day – sometimes fast, sometimes slow, sometimes hills, sometimes on a treadmill, sometimes long, sometimes short.

There were plenty of great moments involving runners and their moms at the Sporting Life 10K in Ottawa and Toronto on Sunday morning.
