The pinnacle of Canadian cross-country goes off in Kingston, Ont. on Nov. 25 with the national championships.

Fort Henry hosts the Canadian Cross-Country Championships, which features community, U18, U20, masters and open races. Action gets underway at 9 a.m. EST with the masters 8K followed by a steady stream of races until the open men cap off the day at 2:45 p.m. Canadian Running will be there for every race.

The event will be streamed live online, for free, by AthleticsCanada.TV. Replays of the race require a paid subscription.

9 a.m.: Masters 8K
10:15 a.m.: U18 girls 4K
10:45 a.m.: U18 boys 6K
11:30 a.m.: Community Races 2.5K/5K
12:15 p.m.: U20 women 6K
1:00 p.m.: U20 men 8K
1:45 p.m.: Open women 10K
2:45 p.m.: Open men 10K
