You’ve likely never seen a race medal like this before

Even though the Tidal Trail Run isn’t until June 3, I need to design and order the race medals now.

Sometimes the ideas I dream up are not possible. So, before getting too excited, I email my race medal sketches to Ashworth Awards. I was relieved when they confirmed the Tidal Trail Run (which features a 10K and 15K) finisher medal could have a transparent blue sky and runners that glide across the medal. Imagine this, a race medal with moving parts. It’s not a spinner, it’s better.

The race medal manufacturer sent me this mock-up:

When I saw this concept, I gasped. Followed by happy claps. True story.
