RECIPE: Golden Milk Latte
This is the vegan drink that every runner needs this winter
Golden Milk is a warm beverage that is infused with turmeric, which is an anti-inflammatory spice that contributes to healthy digestion. This drink is great on a cold day or even in the place of a morning coffee. You can easily make this vegan beverage in large quantities and reheat the extra later on. If you’re looking for a little more protein or prefer dairy to almond milk, you can easily substitute in cows milk.
