UPDATE (Feb. 6): Nike says the Unlock feature is only available in the United States.

The more you sweat, the more you can get rewarded through NikePlus, the brand’s activity tracking app.

Nike announced on Monday that Unlocks, a feature first unveiled in November 2017, rolls out today. The premise is that the more you run, if you’re using the Nike Run Club app, or the more strength workouts you do with the brand’s training app, the greater access you get to three services including Apple Music, Headspace and ClassPass.

Also announced on Monday was that with the purchase of the Nike Epic React Flyknit in the white colourway comes four free months of Apple Music access. (Apple Music, which costs $9.99 per month, is a music and video streaming service, like Spotify, for example.)

In addition to Apple Music, NikePlus offers service to Headspace, a guided meditation and mindfulness app, and ClassPass, an app which offers access to participating fitness classes. Previously, NikePlus allowed users the chance to purchase limited edition footwear through the app that was not widely sold elsewhere.
