This watch is for the runner who’s just getting into it. This watch does everything you need it to, without overwhelming a runner when they’re getting started. The Forerunner 45 and 45 S also monitors daily calorie burn, sleep and steps walks. The 45 features a 42mm case whereas the 45S is slightly smaller with a 39mm case. The watches retail for $279.99 CAD.

Gone are the days where you had to bring multiple devices on your run. The Forerunner 245 has integrated music streaming services and also has room for up to 500 downloaded songs. Beyond the music update, the watch is bringing you even more training and recovery insights. There’s an adaptable training status based on heat, recovery time and training efforts, there’s a running dynamics feature which allows runners to check out their form on the fly, and finally, a heart rate monitor for even more intel into an athlete’s performance.

Forerunner 945

The Forerunner 945 is for the multisport athlete. The watch has all of the capabilities of the 245, with the addition of tracking for other sports like skiing, hiking and golf and the ability to hold up to 1,000 songs. The 945 also has Garmin Pay, so you can go out for a run with nothing but a house key and a watch. With exceptional battery life, up to two weeks in smartwatch mode, the 945 has functionality for every part of your day. The watch retails for $829.99 CAD.
