These pizza running shoes are works of art

Adidas and Refinery29 have collaborated in designing running shoes that you likely have never seen before, or ever will again.

Eleven women, including 10 artists and one Refinery29 fashion editor, helped create the themed women’s UltraBOOST X running shoe to represent all 50 states. For example, artists designed peaches for Georgia, purple lilac for New Hampshire, and mountain landscapes and canyons for Utah. The Pizza shoes represent New Jersey.

According to Refinery29, artists used “sand, acrylic paint, thread, beading, clay, faux flowers and more” with some pretty incredible results. The limited edition shoes were available through an Adidas online auction.
