Apple announced on Tuesday that they will be releasing the Apple Watch Series 7, which introduces five beautiful new aluminum case finishes, along with a range of new band colours and styles. The entire Apple Watch Series 7 lineup will be available on Sept. 27. The new re-engineered display screen with more screen area and thinner watch borders make the Apple Watch Series 7 the largest display yet. Also featured on the watch is the new all-day 18-hour battery life, now with 33 per cent, faster magnetic charging compared to Apple Watch Series 6.
The Apple Watch Series 7 is the most durable Apple Watch ever, with a stronger, crack-resistant front crystal. It is the first Apple Watch to have an IP6X certification, meaning it is dust-tight and is water-resistant to up to 50 metres. This watch will be more durable for runners who run in rough environments such as the beach or desert.
The newest Apple Watch continues to offer essential tools for health and wellness, including an electrical heart sensor plus a blood oxygen sensor to help you stay healthy, active, and connected. New purchasers receive a three-month trial of Apple Fitness+, which includes more than 1,200 workouts in the Fitness+ library. Which now includes pilates, guided meditations, and workouts to get you ready for ski season. Another new feature is Group Workouts, which allows you to connect to a class with up to 31 friends simultaneously, via Messages or FaceTime.
Fitness+ is the first fitness service built entirely around the Apple Watch, and you can now have studio-style workouts and guided meditations connected to your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV. Fitness+ incorporates workout metrics from the Apple Watch for an immersive experience that users can complete wherever and whenever it is convenient for them.
Regardless of a person’s fitness journey, Fitness+ has targeted workout programs like workouts for Pregnancy, Workouts for Older Adults, and Workouts for Beginners to ensure users keep moving and prepare them to live a healthier lifestyle. Fitness+ will also feature Meditations for Beginners to help users who are new to meditation get started. Fitness+ users can get moving outside with the Time to Walk feature — an inspiring audio experience on Apple Watch for Fitness+, designed to encourage users to get active by walking more often. Each episode features some of the world’s most interesting and influential people, who share stories with Fitness+ subscribers.
