Canadian Running’s photos from Reebok Ragnar Niagara

From excitement to sleep deprivation, see what it's like to run a Reebok Ragnar Relay as Canadian Running took on the Niagara Falls edition

Ragnar Relay Niagara

Canadian Running experienced Reebok Ragnar Niagara first-hand on Friday and Saturday taking on the 300-plus kilometre trek between Cobourg and Niagara Falls in southern Ontario. CRM helped the team complete the journey in 25:44:53, good for third overall among mixed gender teams.

The two-day relay, which returned to Canada this year for the first time since 2013, is continuous and legs vary from 5K to 15K. While one runner is out on course, the remaining members cheer from the van before heading to one of the exchange zones. In total, there are 36 legs that make up the approximately 304K route.

There were more than 200 teams who participated in Ragnar Relay Niagara.
