The race expo had some pretty crazy demos going on. This one was a virtual reality flight in Business Class on ANA.

I went for a shakeout jog around the Imperial Palace - a nice oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle. Of course, you're not allowed to run on the grounds, just on the concrete perimeter path!

Get an insider’s look at the Tokyo Marathon expo ahead of the opening race of the Abbott World Marathon Majors for 2017. According to Japan Running News, Nippon TV will be broadcasting the event worldwide. A Japanese-broadcast may also be available here.
Athletics Canada physiotherapist Chris Napier is in Tokyo for the marathon and provides a glimpse of what the race expo and the surrounding area looks like. He’s in the sub-elite corral for the weekend race and provided CR with some photos and tidbits of information.
