Canadians snag 7 wins at Run Barbados

Canadians grabbed a spot on the podium in almost every race this weekend

The slogan of the Run Barbados weekend is, “come for the run, stay for the fun,” and that’s exactly what many Canadians did. The race weekend saw seven Canadian wins and even more podium finishes. 

Run Barbados race weekend featured a mile on Friday, a 5K and 10K on Saturday and a half-marathon and marathon on Sunday. The Friday and Saturday events were in the evening, and the Sunday events were held in the morning, as daytime temperatures can get extremely hot.
