Celebrities running the 2019 TCS New York City Marathon

Are you faster than your favourite Bachelor cast member? Find out on Sunday

2017 New York City Marathon

The 2019 TCS New York City Marathon is only six days away, and the anticipation is building. On Sunday 52,000 runners will take to the streets of NYC, and among them are some celebrities who are running for charity.

Beyond running-world celebrities like Des Linden, Allie Keiffer and Kellyn Taylor, the TCS New York City Marathon is full of your favourite models, actors and celebrities running through the boroughs of New York. Here’s a complete list of famous folks entered in the race, and below are some of their stories (if you don’t already know them).

Cameron, one of the most popular cast members of season 15 of The Bachelorette, will be running the New York Marathon. Cameron is running in support of ABC Food Tours, an organization that helps kids learn about new cultures through dining. Cameron ran the Chicago Marathon only three weeks ago in 4:45:32.

Andi Dorfman–The Bachelor

Dorfman is another member of so-called Bachelor Nation who’s running on Sunday. She’s racing in support of Girls on the Run, a not-for-profit female empowerment organization. Dorfman said on Instagram that she’s been training in the Adidas Ultraboost, that she likes them better than anything else she’s tried, and plans to race in them as well.

Tiki Barber–New York Giants

The former New York Giant has run several marathons, setting his personal best in 4:44:47 at the 2018 New York City Marathon. He’s running in support of NYRR Team for Kids. Barber played for the New York Giants for 10 seasons and attended the University of Virginia, where he was inducted into the hall of fame in 2011.

Jason Sehorn–New York Giants

Sehorn would admit he’d much rather be on a bike than running (he’s an avid mountain biker), but regardless, he’ll be lacing up on Sunday in support of The Foundation for Tomorrow, which supports orphaned children. This weekend will be his first marathon, so it’ll be interesting to see what the former NFL player-turned-cyclist can do.

Kikkan Randall–Olympic gold medallist (cross-country skiing)

Randall is an American cross-country skier who won the 2018 Olympic women’s team sprint. The athlete was diagnosed with stage-two breast cancer just three months after winning Olympic gold. On Sunday Randall is running for AKTIV Against Cancer.
