Couple runs a 4:50 mile holding hands
Britain's Steph Twell followed up her fast mile with a win and a PB in the Vitality 10K
Running fast is challenging enough, but can you imagine running a very fast mile while holding hands with someone? British runner Steph Twell and her husband, Joe Morwood, did exactly that at Sunday’s Westminster Mile race in London, UK, clocking a 4:50 mile (which translates roughly to 3:00/K) to set a new Guinness World Record for fastest mile run while holding hands.

The day after the mile stunt, Twell successfully defended her 10,000m title in a new personal best of 31:55 in the Vitality London 10,000.
Twell is a two-time Olympian and the 2016 European bronze medallist in the 5,000m.
