Easter weekend races to hop into

Spring has sprung across most parts of the country, and Easter weekend is a great time to celebrate by jumping into a fun run, 5K, 10K, or even a half-marathon. Here are a few ideas for races we found that are happening this weekend, just to get you started. For more info, go to our Race Guide.

April 20, 8:45 a.m. Bunny Hop Easter Race 5K, 10K, kids’ hop (Charlottetown, P.E.I.)
April 20, 10:00 a.m. Transplant Trot 5K, 12K, kids’ fun run/walk (Grand Manan, N.B.)

Ontario

April 19, 9:30 a.m. Good Friday Road Race (Burlington, Ont.)–the kids can start with the 1K bunny hop, then the 5K and 10K start.

Quebec

April 20, 8:30 a.m. Course MEC Quebec Un (Quebec City, Que.)–5K, 10K, 15K

April 19, 7:00 p.m. Look Matters Gopher Attack Half-Marathon (Regina, Sask.)
April 19, 10:00 a.m. Spring Trio (Calgary)–5K, 10K or 15K
April 20, 7:00 a.m. Nimble Bear 10K (Kelowna, BC). (25K and 50K distances also available)
April 20, 1:00 p.m. Big Easter Fun Run & Egg Hunt –5K, 10K, kids’ run through Jericho Park (Vancouver)
