Tomorrow are the Athletics Canada Cross-Country Championships at Fort Henry in Kingston, Ont. The event will serve as the qualifier for the World Cross-Country Championships in Denmark this March. Saturday is supposed to be warm but rainy, making the course a the Fort similar to a slip n’ slide.

You can catch all of the action on ACTV, or follow Canadian Running on Instagram and Twitter for live updates from the event.
