How to follow the 2018 U Sports Cross-Country Championships

November 10 is the 2018 U Sports Cross-Country Championships in Kingston, Ont.

The U Sports cross-country championships are tomorrow. The 2018 event is going to be a close race on both the men’s and women’s sides.

Between Queen’s, Laval and Guelph on the women’s side, and Guelph and McMaster on the men’s side, Saturday’s races are anyone’s game. If you’re not able to make the trip to the Fort, there are still a few ways to catch all of the action.

The event kicks off with the community 5K a noon which is rumoured to be bringing some stiff competition of local runners and former U Sports studs. The women’s 8K race will get underway at 1 p.m. EDT with the men’s 10K to follow at 2 p.m. EDT.
