Gold medal to any advertising executive with convincing pitch to attract fans to watch athletics where Almaz Ayana & Justin Gatlin are stars

WOW! GATLIN beats Bolt! He wins in 9.92 sec. The crowd boo the American and then start chanting U-SAIN BOLT. Bolt, classily, hugs his rival

Gatlin beating Bolt with all that drama and hype surrounding it felt a little like watching Frazier beat Ali when I was a kid…

Justin Gatlin thinks he is being booed because they are looking for a villian. I think he is being booed because they found a villian.

Started off feeling nostalgic about the good old days on track. Now I am glad i prioritized my mental health by moving on. #doperssuck

The contrast: Bolt swarmed by media & fans. Gatlin quietly walks through mixed zone. #london2017 @cbcolympics pic.twitter.com/OUxYxWUikb

Bolt was so poor out the blocks, again. Reaction time 0.182. Gatlin was 0.138 so that's 0.044s, more than the margin at the end. #london2012

Frequently overlooks was that Bolt had a "good" start for a tall sprinter. Not today. https://t.co/XiNjVsPOtY

That 100m just shows how good @usainbolt has been over so many years. Such small margins and he has delivered every time. Will be missed

Ugh! So wrong to see Gatlin even competing he should have a life time ban
