Lululemon announces virtual Seawheeze half and free training plan

Looking for a goal race? Check out the SeaWheeze Half-Marathon 14-week training plan

The Lululemon SeaWheeze Virtual Half-Marathon is offering a free 14-week training plan for runners who are signed up. Participants have between August 15 and 23 to complete the race, which usually takes place in Vancouver’s Stanley Park. Lululemon ambassador and Canadian marathoner, Rob Watson, has designed a training plan to help runners get to their virtual start line healthy and ready to run a personal best.

If you’re looking for an additional challenge, Lululemon is also participating in Global Running Day on June 3. Lululemon executives said, “This year we are empowering our run collective to run with us digitally on Global Running Day via a 5K Strava Challenge. We will leverage the power of community through digital channels to celebrate the starting line, no matter where you are. Runners can find a healthy dose of inspiration to power their run including training tips from our Global Run Ambassadors, yoga for runners, customized playlists and run product recommendations.”

Runners can sing up between May 21 and June 3, and must complete their 5K run on June 3.
