Her 2019 outdoor season is beginning in her hometown of Windsor, Ont. at the Johnny Loaring Classic, where she’s raced in previous years. The 800m runner holds the 1,500m meet record at 4:09.58 and has historically invited a strong field of women to compete alongside her. Bishop is back in Windsor now following a training camp in Flagstaff, Arizona. She’s scheduled to race a 1,500m to open her season.
