Top age-group finishers at 2024 TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon
With over 6,200 finishers in Sunday's 42.2K event, there were countless incredible performances. Here are some of the top ones

The Toronto Waterfront Marathon on Sunday saw an astounding 6,268 finishers in the 42.2K event–the most ever for a marathon in Canada. Among these performances was a new course record (and Canadian soil record) set by Ethiopia’s Waganesh Mekasha, and first-time national marathon titles captured by Canada’s Natasha Wodak and Justin Kent. Twenty-four Guinness World Records from runs over the weekend are also currently pending.
