VIDEO: 4x100m relay with a Xmas tree instead of a baton
Because the 4x100m wasn't hard enough already.
Looking for some holiday-themed workout inspiration? Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida posted a video of their Christmas tree relay, and they want to challenge others. Now, this isn’t just a relay where runners are dressed up as Christmas trees. This is a relay where they scrap the baton and add in a Christmas tree in its place.

A 4x100m handoff is hard. Anyone who’s ever been on a relay team, regardless of the level, knows that going quickly and passing someone a baton isn’t an easy feat. Swap the baton for an entire tree and you’ve got one dicey transition.
