She’s even started selling mini resistance bands so that runners can get mobile and strength train like a world champion.

Mini bands are particularly useful for warming up and mobilizing pre-workout. They add a small amount of difficulty to basic movements to help the muscles activate and strengthen. If you’re looking to switch up your routine, consider giving some of these exercises a try before or after your run.
