Malindi Elmore on her expansive career, the state of the Tokyo Olympics, and the value in pursuing high level sport

In this episode we chat with Canadian marathon record-holder Malindi Elmore. Malindi was recently nominated to the Tokyo Olympic Team. She also happens to be the cover model for the most recent issue of Canadian Running Magazine.
