Corey has learned a lot about himself, and now he’s sharing his story in the hopes that it will help others who are struggling. We have been mindful not to include any specific weight-loss strategies in this episode, but just a head’s up that we will be speaking openly about eating disorders.

If you are struggling, please reach out to a medical professional and visit the resources from the Government of Canada listed under the heading “Where can I find information and resources about eating disorders?”
