Paula James: the mission to be fittest and fastest in her 40’s
With the race season in a state of upheaval, more and more runners are testing their limits in solo efforts. One of these runners is Windsor, Nova Scotia’s Paula James. The 46-year-old didn’t let her spring race cancellation derail her plans to showcase her fitness.Â
