Should Olympians be allowed to protest at the Games? A conversation with Dr. Janelle Joseph

A new mandate by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) has been making waves amongst many Tokyo 2021 hopefuls. Rule 50 of the Olympic charter prohibits political demonstration or protest within the Olympic village, competition venues, or medal podiums.
