We’re joined in this episode by NCAA 10,000m champion and Canadian National Team member Ben Flanagan. Ben takes us through his recent half-marathon debut, pacing The Marathon Project, and training for the Tokyo Olympics. He then helps us break down The Dirty Stuff, offering his insights into the complex world of global anti-doping.
