The Rundown: Canadian men shine at Diamond League, women at NACAC Half Marathon Championships

Each week Canadian Running staff writer Maddy Kelly and Shakeout host Kate Van Buskirk update you on the exciting world of running. This week on The Rundown we cover results from the Birmingham Diamond League where 3 Canadian men plus a relay team were victorious. Our guys also took home wins in the 3000m steeplechase in two American meets over the weekend.
