On this week’s episode of the Shakeout Podcast, Canadian Running editor Michael Doyle chats with Joel H. Cohen, a writer best known for his work on The Simpsons. The Calgary-born writer penned the book How to Lose a Marathon: A starter’s Guide to finishing in 26.2 chapters, a humourous guide to marathon training, after he ran the 2013 New York City Marathon.
In the episode’s second segment, web editor Sinead Mulhern and staff writer Tim Huebsch join Michael to discuss the SeaWheeze Half-Marathon, which took place in Vancouver last weekend.
