Our guests this week are newly named Olympians and Canadian Marathon Champions Trevor Hofbauer and Dayna Pidhoresky [31:37]. Dayna and Trevor had remarkably similar storylines at this year’s STWM. Neither were favourites for the win, and they each ran nearly 7 minute PB’s to take the Canadian title and hit their Olympic qualifying marks. Both made big moves in the last 18 months, changing their training locations, coaches and lifestyles. And both came into this race as a last ditch attempt to prove to themselves and the nation that they belong on the world stage.
