This week on The Rundown we bring you the results from those Diamond League meets. We also talk about the incredible depth of our Canadian marathoners. Plus, we chat about the doping scandal plaguing the trail world, along with results from the Black Spur Ultra.

THIRD at the Diamond league final and sub. F*cking. Four. We did it! I'm just speechless. I was so pleased with my race execution that I didn't realize for a while that I had broken 4. Absolutely overwhelmed. Too many people to thank, but thank you to everyone who has helped me get here. Thank you all so much for your kind and wonderful messages. Thank you to all those who told me when I was up and coming that I'd be the one to do this first for Canadians. Thank you for believing in me. Crying a little bit as I write this. GOD WHAT A SAP AM I EH? #LikeaG #FamilyYoung #nike #justdoit #ZurichDL #DiamondLeague #DLFinal
