Canadian Running is starting a weekly newsletter that will bring you all the results, predictions and news from the sport of running in fields and on golf courses. We’re calling it The Watchlist–your one-stop shop for Canadian collegiate cross-country news. This Monday evening inbox delight will include U Sports-specific content from our website but also exclusives like our Coaches Corner segment, Power Rankings, athlete columns and more.

If all of this sweet content isn’t enticing enough, there’s a giveaway built in if you sign up before the Marauder Open (October 11). By signing up for the newsletter, you’ve got a chance at winning a complete Under Armour running kit that includes Under Armour HOVR Infinite shoes and UA Rush clothing (Canadian Running’s top pick for running apparel).

Questions U Sports fans are asking this fall include: Will the Queen’s women and McMaster men finally claim the title? Which MacDougall will have a stronger season? Is Lucia Stafford going to snag her first cross-country podium finish? What about the Laval men and women, could they take the double gold? We’ll do our best to predict these outcomes and bring you the results along the way.
