The top Canadian runners to follow on Strava
Follow the training, workouts and races of some of Canada's top runners on Strava, a social network for athletes.

If you enjoy following some of Canada’s top runners, look no further than this list of athletes to watch on Strava.
The social network for athletes provides the opportunity to follow the training of some of Canada’s top runners from the track to the roads to the trails. The app, available on mobile and desktop, is designed similarly to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter in that there is a feed of updates in chronological order. Users can keep tabs on their own training while also staying up to date on those they choose to follow. There are also a number of privacy settings in the event that you want to keep certain details for personal records only.
