Over the next 13 weeks, Canadian Running will be building its running playlist for your summer training.
Each week, Canadian Running editors contribute songs to the playlist on the Shakeout Podcast after chatting about the latest in the running community, from news to conversations to races. The tracks are being added to Spotify, a free mobile and desktop application for streaming music. Note that the Premium membership allows users to listen without ads, play music with no phone service and skip as many songs as you want.
