Usain Bolt, the world record holder in the 100m and 200m, showcased a top-end speed of 44 km/h at the peak of his career. How does that stack up in the animal world, specifically among the fastest dog breeds? As can be seen below, he would get handily beaten on most occasions.
The most famous of the dog breeds when it comes to speed, the Greyhound, not surprisingly tops the list.
