Minister of National Defence Harjit Sajjan to make appearance at Canada Army Run
The MP will be at the Canada Army Run on Sunday morning and posted to Twitter that he was "carbing up" at the pre-race pasta dinner
Minister of National Defence Harjit Sajjan will be at the start line of the Canada Army Run on Sunday.
The member of parliament posted a photo to Twitter from the pre-race pasta on Saturday adding that he’s “carbing up for tomorrow’s Canada Army Run.” The race is well-known for its Commander’s Challenge, which involves running both the 5K and half-marathon.
The event added a 10K to celebrate the 10th annual event.

Don’t be surprised to see other prominent names take part in the Canada Army Run. In 2013, Justin Trudeau raced the Canada Army Run.
