NFL star J.J. Watt trains on anti-gravity treadmill
The three-time AP NFL Defensive Player of the Year Award winner is recovering from a tibial plateau fracture to his left leg

Houston Texans star defensive end J.J. Watt is rehabbing his left leg and opted for the anti-gravity treadmill for a recent training session.
The National Football League player suffered a tibial plateau fracture to his left leg in a game in October and on Thursday posted to Instagram sharing his progress to his three million followers. An AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill allows users to reduce the weight load of the body and impact.
“BIGGGGG day!!!!!! Progress!!!! #OneDayAtATime,” the 28-year-old emphatically wrote on Instagram.

Watt, the only player to record 20 or more sacks in a season twice, is a Reebok-sponsored athlete and sports the brand’s sneakers in his recent workout video.
