Six edited photos of the Tour de France leader showing off his running ability

Clips of the Tour de France leader Chris Froome running have been the talk of the sports world recently with the help of Photoshop.

Chris Froome, the leader of the Tour de France, the world’s most famous cycling event, made headlines last week for running a portion of the race without his bike. The Kenyan-born Australian crashed into a motorcycle and ruined his bike leaving him stranded until a replacement was found.

Rather than wait for a bike replacement, the 31-year-old decided to take the matter into his own hands by running up Mont Ventoux in France. The resulting photos led many people on the Internet to edit his photo into running pictures.

It’s even been joked that Froome should enter the Paris marathon in the future after showing off his running ability. Below are some of the best edited photos of Froome in a running environment. He’s wearing a yellow jersey as the overall leader of the Tour, a 21-stage race.
