The South Korea baseball team imitated Usain Bolt at the Little League World Series on Monday while facing Team Canada.
The South Korea baseball team imitated Usain Bolt at the Little League World Series on Monday. After a South Korean player hit a home run, the entire team struck the lightning bolt pose that Bolt is best known for after he races.
Jungtaek Ru launched a three-run home run and was met by his teammates at home plate while facing Team Canada. The celebration was well-timed with the Olympics ending on Sunday. Bolt won the 100m, 200m and anchored Jamaica’s 4x100m relay team at the Rio Games.

The Little League World Series is the highest-level tournament for children aged 11-13. The 2016 championships are being held in Williamsport, Penn., the site of each edition of the tournament.

The Canadian team lost 10-0 against the Asia Pacific champions with Canada’s first 14 batters being struck out. Canada got a great start to the tournament upsetting favourites Japan in the first game. The team representing Canada at the championships is Hastings Community out of Vancouver.
