WATCH: Emelie Forsberg’s FKT on Sweden’s Kungsleden trail

Last July, Swedish ultra-trail runner Emelie Forsberg set a new FKT on Kungsleden, the 445K trail through northern Sweden

Salomon TV has just released a 13-minute video about Swedish ultra-trail superstar Emelie Forsberg‘s FKT on the Kungsleden (“King’s Trail”) in Swedish Lapland in July 2018.

The Kungsleden is a 445K trail featuring 11,117m of elevation change. It usually takes hikers about 15 days to complete the trail. Forsberg, running with her friend Erika Borgström, did it in four days, 21 hours. This was the fourth FKT set by Forsberg in four months.
