Ever wonder how to train for a mountainous ultra trail race while living in the Canadian prairies? George Duffy from Edmonton, Alta. shows us in his Youtube series GDUltra Run. The series follows his training for the Eiger Ultra Trail 100K race in Grindelwald, Switzerland. The race gains over 6,700 metres and is geared toward seasoned trail and ultra runners who have extensive experience in the mountains. Over the next six months, Duffy will be documenting his training regime as he balances life in the prairies with training in the mountains.
