VIDEO: Sasha Gollish finishes third at OUAs in return to university racing
The Toronto Varsity Blues runner is using her fifth and final year of cross-country eligibility in 2017
Opting to use her fifth and final year of cross-country eligibility in 2017, Sasha Gollish made her season debut for the University of Toronto on Saturday at the OUA Championships.
Gollish, 35, was the national university cross-country rookie of the year in 2000 and currently one of the nation’s top middle- and long-distance runners. She finished third to Queen’s Branna MacDougall and Western’s Kristina Popadich in the women’s 8K. (Full results.)
