Canadian 5,000m and 10,000m star Cam Levins is set to race a tough double Saturday in New York City at the Armory Track Invite.

Levins, who won a bronze medal at last summer’s Commonwealth Games in the 10,000m, will race both the mile and two-mile races, 30 minutes apart, alongside his teammate Galen Rupp.

The event also attracts many top collegiate athletes from the United States and Canada.

One other race worth watching may be the collegiate men’s 4 x 800m where a notably strong University of Windsor team will take on a deep field of American NCAA teams. Last spring the University of Windor’s 4 x 800m team broke a long-standing Canadian Interscholastic Sport record.

Levins will race Saturday at 5:12 and 5:46 p.m.

A full schedule can be found here and a live stream is beinf provided by USATF.
