Crazy new Gu gel flavour

The energy gel manufacturer Gu has just come out with three new fall-inspired flavours. The weirdest by far is the maple bacon flavour. The maple bacon gel doesn’t actually have any bacon in it, in fact, the product is vegan. Each gel is 100 calories, with 450mg of amino acids, 60mg of sodium, and 20mg of caffeine.

Gu also introduced a vanilla spice gel, supposed to taste like your favourite latte from the neighbourhood coffee shop. Salted caramel apple is the latest flavour addition to Gu’s line of chews.
