Junior marketing position

Gripped Publishing is looking for a candidate to join our in-house ad sales team. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, and athletic. He or she has worked in media sales, or some other types of sales environment, and is active in at least one of the sports we report on (we will only consider candidates who run, cycle, do triathlon or climb).

Job Duties

Servicing and maintaining relations with existing accounts 
Knowing advertising landscape and pursuing new accounts
Selling for both print and digital
Resolving customer complaints
Making detailed customer reports
Working effectively in a creative team

Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:

Customer service, meeting sales goals, closing skills, prospecting skills, negotiation, self-confidence, product knowledge, presentation skills, client relationships, motivation for sales.
